Chris Grose, the founder of Castilian Homes, has been designing and building homes for more than 20 years. He is a licenced Civil Engineer graduating from the University of Texas in 1985. Chris holds licenses with the Texas Residential Construction Commission, Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Real Estate Inspector and runs his own Engineering Inspection business integrated with affordable custom home building.
